Montana Worth The Wait (Chubba)
Watkin's, Montana Worth the Wait. 15 months old black male. This boy ticked the boxes for the males on the day. Masculine head with a melting expression and a little naughty twinkle behind those eyes, super reach of neck, needs to develop a little in forechest but nonetheless a nice front assembly. Super short back and chunky cobby body leading to a well muscled rear which he uses to propel himself effortlessly gliding around the ring. Presented in top class condition he earned and deserved the award. BD and RBIS.
Sally Burns
Watkins' Montana Worth The Wait. This well established kennel continues to produce true Toy Poodles with excellent attitude and type and this one was no exception. Cobby short dog with super rib. Pleasing head with kind expression. Moved on a loose lead holding topline tail up stepping out with some style and plenty of showmanship. I enjoyed watching him, must be a pleasure to show with his willing personality.
Pat Banks
Watkins & Watkins' Montana Worth The Wait. Excellent size, good proportions. Head could be slightly more refined and elegant, too wide in skull. Adequate length of neck, good topline and tailset. Tail could be straighter. Well bodied, balanced angulation. Good feet. I would like to see some more reach and drive on the move, great style and carriage. Excellent coat and colour.
Åge Gjetnes
Watkins & Watkins Montana Worth The Wait: Another quality black that is well balanced. His head is not as refined as 1 but has a nice expression. Good length of neck. He is well bodied and has good angulation. Sound on the move.

Ken Sinclair
Watkins' Montana Worth The Wait. And he's certainly worth waiting for! I couldn't keep my eyes off him. At just 12 months he is sassy and full of himself! Most beautiful headpiece, great expression and dark eye, carried on a strong neck into really lovely shoulder placement. Deep chest, ultra short back, moved with sass and style really floating round the ring.Excellent coat and expertly handled. This little dog is so balanced, a credit to his breeder. BOB & UG1 I found out later I had awarded his grandfather BOB 10 years previous!!
Antonio Skabollos
Watkins Montana Worth The Wait. A cheeky boy, of good size and measures without question, he is short backed and compact, and he has a good strong front and rib, muscled well and in fit body condition. perhaps not the cleanest of skulls but his almond dark eye goes someway to detract this. Soundly built and balanced. Correct mouth and a good tail correctly set and carried away where it needs to be. He could be steadier on the move, not trying to race away, but in the challenge, for balance and style he matched the dog CC.
Louise Cunningham
Watkins Montana Worth The Wait. 6 ½ month old compact Black. Pleasing head with small dark eye. Moved well.

Watkin's Montana Worth The Wait. Smart black shown in good order. I see he is the litter brother to second in Puppy Dog. This boy is very much like him. In lovely condition and handled to get the best out of him. Maybe not quite as refined in head as his brother, but a sound and stylish mover keeping his topline well on the move showing his happy personality as he went round. I liked his type and he has a lot to offer.

Watkins, Montana Worth the Wait. Quality youngster with plenty to admire all through. Correct in head which has good length, super dark eye which gives off a lovely expression. Plenty in neck, short level back with a well set tail. General body outline on the stack is pleasing. Bone and feet are correct with elbows kept closely to ribbing. Moved out with style and was presented in crisp jacket. BoB.
Martin Sanders
Watkins' Montana Worth The Wait. Litter brother to my winner of puppy class and therefore giving a lot away in age here. However, he gave a good account of himself at his first show. Not quite as confident as his brother or as mature, but shares a lot of his qualities. Refined in head and wicked expression. Short in back with good tail set. Another smart little boy and his owner/breeders should be proud of them both.

Montana Worth Waiting For (Percy)
Watkins' Montana Worth Waiting For. Only just 6 months and at his first show but an easy winner of this class. Has a beautiful headpiece, clean in back skull and refined with underjaw. Dark expressive eyes. Ample neck set on well laid shoulders, short in back with a good front and feet. Well balanced throughout and once he gained confidence moved soundly both ways. Very promising, just unlucky to come up against the ultra extrovert bitch puppy today. I will watch his career with interest.

Watkins' Montana Retribution. Liked this young man very much, good shape eye and foreface, he could be a bit cleaner in back skull. But overall it's a decent enough head, good length of neck with a good front, short back and good rib, good rear angles and tail set, he really comes into his own on the move, holds his outline on the go around, and moves well out and back. Loved his showy temperament. For me, a lovely Toy Poodle. I do hope he gets the break he deserves, he is a more than worthy Champion, I will watch his progress.
